Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about choosing a kit, ordering and getting support from Infinity Play.

Our approach to play

How do I choose the right kit for my child?

Recommended age is a useful starting point, but it is not the whole picture. Choose a kit by considering your child’s current interests, capabilities and goals—such as fine-motor practice, routine familiarisation or visual matching. Review the recommended-age guidance, product description and exact contents on each product page to find the best fit for your child.

Are your kits designed with children with additional needs in mind?

Yes. We curate our kits with diverse learning styles, sensory preferences and capabilities in mind. Activities may support areas such as functional play, low-frustration magnetic play, visual matching and fine-motor practice. Every child is different, and our toys are not medical or therapeutic devices. If you are working toward an individual therapy goal, your child’s qualified health or education professional can help you choose suitable play activities.

Can I purchase toys individually instead of in a kit?

Yes. Infinity Play offers both individual toys and carefully curated kits. Our kits combine a high-value anchor item with complementary activities to create a broader play experience and strong overall value. Availability of individual items varies, so browse All Products to see the current range.

Orders and purchasing

Are the toy kits for rent or for outright purchase?

All Infinity Play kits are available for direct, outright purchase. We do not operate a rental or subscription model, so the kit is yours to keep and integrate into your child’s long-term play routine.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, together with secure accelerated checkout options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay when available on your device.

Shipping and support

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide directly from our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your chosen kits. We carefully pack every bundle to help it arrive in excellent condition.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We do not currently offer change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
